1. Services
Kailua Nail Care provides nail care services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and related beauty treatments. All services are performed by licensed nail technicians.
2. Pricing
Prices listed on our website and in-store menu are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed by your technician before service begins. Additional charges may apply for nail length, nail art, repairs, or special requests.
3. Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Cash payments receive a small discount as reflected in our pricing. Payment is due upon completion of services.
4. Appointments & Walk-ins
Walk-ins are welcome and served on a first-come, first-served basis. For guaranteed service, we recommend calling ahead. We appreciate advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
5. Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase in-store. Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Lost or stolen gift certificates cannot be replaced.
6. Health & Safety
Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin conditions, or health concerns before service. We maintain strict sanitation standards and use sterilized equipment for every client.
7. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know immediately so we can address your concerns. Adjustments must be requested at the time of service.
